BAHAN :

1. SAMBAL KACANG

2. SAYUR2AN :

    a. Timun

    b. Kentang

    c. Kacang

    d. Tomat 

    e. Wortel

    f. Kol

    g. Telur ayam / puyuh

 CARA MEMASAK : 

@ Kupas kulit kentang, wortel, timun.. 

@ Potong2 kacang, kol, kentang, wortel..

@ Cuci semua buah dan sayur yang sudah di kupas dan dipotong2..

@ Rebus semua sayuran, kecuali timun dan tomat, rebus juga telur ayam/puyuh.. 

@ Potong2 timun dan tomat sesuai selera..

Sajikan smua sayur, timun dan tomat ke piring saji, sirami sambal kacang, tambahkan kecap sesuai selera..
